Making Meaning, Making Change is a process guide to curriculum development for teachers, administrators, and program developers working with adult language minority students and their families. It describes how adult ESL literacy teachers and learners can collaborate so that a literacy curriculum is relevant to learners' life experiences and helps them confront the challenges they face as workers, parents, and community members.
