Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 90 days of invoice date. All materials must be in resalable condition-not labeled, scuffed, marked or shelf-worn. (Please note that computer software, special orders for non-stock items and special print runs are not returnable. Defective software may be exchanged for same product only.)

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the return to ensure proper credit to your account. Shipping charges are at the expense of the customer. Please pack books carefully as they must be received in perfect condition to receive credit. We request that materials be sent via United Parcel Service. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criterion. Any returns that are refused will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Shipping Methods

US Orders

The usual methods of shipping are via UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service.

The shipping charge for UPS ground is 12% of the total order with a minimum charge of $7.50.

Expedited shipping is available and exact freight will be charged. Customer Service will contact you for approval of the charges prior to shipping.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii can be shipped Priority Mail or 2nd Day Air and an exact freight charge (with a minimum of $7.50) will be added to the invoice.

International Orders

Shipping is via "air" only and the carrier is determined by the size of the order. We endeavor to use the most reliable, least costly, air service and exact freight is charged. Customer Service will contact you for approval of the charges prior to shipping.

Sales Tax & Payment Methods

Sales Tax

Illinois residents only - 7.75% sales tax is applied at invoicing. If tax exempt, please provide a tax-exempt number.

Payment Methods

Orders by individuals must be prepaid by VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Individuals may also mail orders to us with a personal check.

We accept Purchase Orders from Schools and Institutions. If you wish to be setup to use Purchase Orders on our website, please contact custsvc@deltapublishing.com.

International orders must be prepaid by check drawn on a US bank, by credit card or by wire transfer to our bank.

Shortages/Damaged Items

In case of materials damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receipt of goods. If the packaging is damaged, simply refuse the shipment and call our office at 800-323-8270.

In case of shortages or shipping errors, please notify Delta Publishing within 30 days of receipt or such claims are invalid and the order will be considered complete.
